Enmanuel Casalino, P.E., M.B.A., is a seasoned Professional Engineer and the founder of One Engineering Group. With over a decade of experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, and control systems, Enmanuel brings real-world engineering expertise to complex industrial challenges across the Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Manufacturing sectors.
Before launching One Engineering Group, Enmanuel has built his career developing scalable, safety-focused automation solutions. His background spans work with operators, engineering firms, utilities, and manufacturers—giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to design, integrate, and optimize mission-critical control systems in demanding environments.
Enmanuel holds a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and an M.B.A., grounding his technical proficiency with strategic business insight. This combination informs his leadership approach: delivering engineering solutions that are precise, practical, and aligned with client goals.
